As you might have guessed, my name is James, and I’ve been involved in bathroom renovations since I was 13.

My father, a full-time tiler, could be a bit of a slave driver. He often brought me along on school days or during holidays to help out on-site. You might think I would have hated it, but after 25+ years in the industry and being pretty much the only job I’ve ever had, I’m here to share all the knowledge and experience I’ve gained with you.

I’m a qualified tiler and waterproofer, and together with my dad, I founded one of the largest bathroom renovation companies in Australia. Over the years, I’ve been involved in over 3,000 bathroom renovations, plus thousands of laundry and toilet renos, and I’m still counting, so when I tell you how to avoid a potential mistake, I have definitely made it.
